Netia appoints area sales manager for Asia

ASIA: Netia has appointed Peter Fong as area sales manager for the Asia Pacific region, where he will be based in Singapore at GlobeCast Asia's new office in Media City.
‘Peter, who also has broad experience within the broadcasting and media industries, brings the skills and knowledge to drive business growth in the Asia Pacific region and to help Netia capitalise on new revenue potential,’ said Philippe Fort, CEO at Netia.
Mr Fong has more than 20 years of experience in the media/broadcast and exhibition/advertising markets, specialising in sales, marketing and business development. He has held senior positions with international companies including Sony and MediaCorp, with start-ups covering Australia/New Zealand and Asia, including India, and with broadcast system integrator Gencom Technology.
