INDONESIA: PT Gracia Auvindo recently installed a new sound reinforcement system into the audio control room at Net.TV, Indonesia's network free-to-air terrestrial television station based in Jakarta.
PT Gracia Auvindo installed a Midas Pro6 live audio system into the premises, along with four Coda Audio G308 two-way speakers, a Camco Q4 amplifier, two Symetrix SymNet Edge DSPs and one Symetrix Jupiter 4 DSP.
‘Both of Net TV’s audio designers, Olwin Pangaribuan and Yan Ferdian wanted a better sound quality for their audio control room,’ said Gracia Auvindo director Adi Widjaya.
‘Due to a construction delay, its took five months to complete the installation, during which we overcame some challenges, such as integrating multiple units of digital audio and video equipment,’ he explained. ‘They choose the Midas Pro6 for its pre amp and headroom, and this is the first Pro6 broadcast install at the broadcast station. The client is very happy.’
