New CEO at Netia as founders step down

WORLD: Netia has appointed Philippe Fort to the position of CEO, whilst simultaneously announcing the departure of company founders Christophe Carniel and Pierre Keiflin.
The former president of Netia's supervisory board, Mr Fort has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector from working with organisations including British Telecom, Alcatel, Ericsson and Atos. Mr Fort joined France Telecom in 2000 and assumed the position of managing director of GlobeCast in 2011.
