New CEO for Clay Paky

WORLD: Having gained the necessary approvals from the respective authorities, Osram has been granted permission to complete its acquisition of Clay Paky. The move also sees Pio Nahum appointed as CEO of Clay Paky, who commented: 'As part of Osram, we have good prospects for further growth.'
Clay Paky is now part of Osram's Speciality Lighting segment, which comprises automotive lighting as well as Display/Optic activities. 'The successful closing of this transaction is a further step towards strengthening Osram’s specialty lighting segment in a highly attractive market,' commented Wolfgang Dehen, CEO of Osram.
