New director of technical and customer support for Atlona

WORLD: Atlona has appointed Ruddy Soehartono as the director of technical and customer support. Atlona president and CEO Ilya Khain said that it is ‘increasingly important to find key individuals to meet the needs of our financial and administrative functions, and exceed the expectation of our customers globally’.
Mr Khain commented that Atlona is ‘thrilled’ to welcome Mr Soehartono to the team. ‘He is a seasoned professional whose extensive knowledge and experience will be instrumental in expanding business and achieving Atlona’s goals as an industry leader in digital connectivity solutions,’ he enthused.
Mr Soehartono joins Atlona with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in service and support with organisations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Utilising his industry Certified Support Manager (CSM) and Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) training, Mr Soehartono has previously built and led diverse teams of professionals in support of major customers worldwide in a variety of highly competitive industries.
