New website for Ashly Audio

WEB: With the promise of ‘well-organised product, installation and application content’, amplifier and signal processor manufacturer Ashly Audio has launched a new website boasting a ‘modern look and feel’ plus simple navigation. John Sexton, Ashly’s vice president of sales, conceived the organisation and aesthetic, while graphic designer Michael Sukhenko executed it.
Mr Sexton explained the rationale behind the new website’s design: ‘Technical specifiers told us to make data sheets, manuals and drawing files no more than two mouse clicks away. Our Products page has a spreadsheet of information in a single location. It’s two clicks for integrators to download data sheets for submittals. It’s two clicks for system designers to access A&E Doc files that can be cut and pasted right into their specification packages. Two clicks and you’re done.’
According to he manufacturer, the website has experienced increasing traffic from dealer’s clients and end-users, underscoring the need to present information in a non-technical manner. Accordingly, the new design also features a graphic guide on the home page, dubbed Ashly In Your World, intended to guide non-technical visitors to a page explaining how Ashly products work in worship facilities, restaurants, schools, hotels and other facilities.
Further enhancements include a frequently asked question section and an improved Technical Support & Educational menu with the addition of Ashly TV, a series of short videos addressing specific technical topics.
