Orban to appoint single distributor in Korea

KOREA: Orban, a manufacturer of audio processing tools for AM, FM, TV and Internet broadcasting, has announced that after a year of representation by dual distributors in South Korea, it will move back to a single distributor model. As of July 1st, the company will be exclusively represented within the country by DongYang Digital.
The decision to exclusively appoint DongYang Digital sees the manufacturer join a prestigious portfolio of broadcast-focused brands including Studer, Fairlight, Riedel Communications, Sonifex and more.
Orban’s Peter Lee described DongYang Digital as ‘a professional and dedicated distributor, who are very focused with all of the right contacts’. He added: ‘It’s already working – we’ve got lots of projects in Korea now and we’re doing well.’
