INDIA: Originally due to take place from 18th-21st September 2014, Palm Delhi Expo has been rescheduled and will now take place from 18th-20th March 2015 in Halls 7, 8, 9, and 10 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.
‘Palm Delhi Expo, in its inaugural year, is pleased to listen to the market to postpone the show, since it is best to avoid a clash of dates with Infocomm,’ explained Matthew Pearce, chairman of Diversified Communications, the show organiser. ‘Diversified works closely with Infocomm in Australia and appreciates the need to cooperate on show dates. We have seen strong support for the Palm Delhi Expo and many companies are already looking at participating in both Delhi and Mumbai.’
‘The rescheduling of the Palm Delhi Expo in March 2015 will not only benefit the exhibitors but also bring to the floor, a large segment of trade visitors and professionals,’ continued Ramesh Chetwani, exhibition director for Palm. ‘We have taken the initiative of moving the show to a time when the industry can come together in the North Indian market.’
The Delhi show will be in advance of Palm Mumbai, which will be held from May 28th-30th 2015 at Nesco, BEC, Goregaon, Mumbai.
