Philip Belcher joins Fairlight as CEO

WORLD: After a 12 month restructure and product development period, Fairlight has appointed Philip Belcher as the company’s new chief executive officer. He has been tasked with leading the organisation through its next significant growth phase.
‘Philip’s appointment is a major win for Fairlight and his experience and capabilities will be a huge asset to the company,’ said KFT’s managing director, Steven Kepper. ‘His technical knowledge, sales and marketing expertise, and industry experience dovetail perfectly into our plans for the business which will result in a clearer roadmap for our customers and partners globally.
Mr Belcher has an impressive track record, having previously been CEO / MD of companies including Datacraft Australia, AWA, Storagetek ANZ, Radware ANZ, PMPartners group and executive general manager of major divisions at Cisco Asia Pacific and NEC Australia.
‘I am delighted to accept the challenge of leading and growing the company which has such a rich history and iconic brand following,’ said Mr Belcher. ‘The business has an excellent core technology base and comprehensive product range with enormous near term and future potential. The opportunities to also grow its OEM, control surface and licensing revenues are most significant.’
