PT Offistarindo Adhiprima and BXB revisit SMA Negeri 2 school

INDONESIA: BXB Electronics and its Indonesian agent PT Offistarindo Adhiprima recently revisited the SMA Negeri 2 Jakarta school to review a BXB PA system installation that took place at the facility earlier in 2012.
During the visit, BXB had the chance to discuss the project in detail, gain feedback from the school, and was able to visit several other local educational facilities that apply BXB PA systems.
‘The SMA Negeri 2 Jakarta is an ISO 9001:2008 approved school, and when we first stepped into it, we recognised that it’s a brilliant institution,’ said Diana Teng, manager of the international sales department for BXB. ‘It was our pleasure to be received by the vice president Mr Tarsi, who said that the BXB PA system provides great sound, brilliant functionality and stable quality. All of these factors have provided him with a great user experience,’ Ms Teng enthused.
PT Offistarindo Adhiprima’s chief engineer Mr Ali conducted the entire planning and execution process for the project. Mr Ali prioritised system stability, user-friendliness and sound quality for the school, and had to bear in mind that the audio equipment would have to function well in Jakarta’s hot and humid climate. BXB’s WMP-2100 multi-functional PA control unit was agreed upon as the appropriate solution for the institution, in addition to various two-way SGS IP66 water and dust-proof speakers from the manufacturer. Aside from the WMP-2100 main controller, a BXB WS-817ALM teaching speaker set and AWS-6502 waterproof speakers were also installed into the building.
‘The BXB PA system met the school’s requirement to provide a single-zone, group and whole campus broadcast,’ furthered Ms Teng. ‘Through its user-friendly intuitive operation, teachers can quickly get started. In addition, with the use of graphical software, the school now sets automatic music timers to schedule when the bell rings, saving staff from having to do it.’
