PT.MTJ chooses Mach Audio for durability at Mercure Simatupang

INDONESIA: A recent installation conducted by PT. Monalisa Tunggal Jaya (PT. MTJ) has seen Mach Audio System equipment deployed at the Rooftop Bar and Lounge at Jakarta’s Mecure Simatupang hotel. The installers were brought in to provide complete sound coverage in the lounge with the design brief specifying high quality and durable products as the overriding factor.

‘PT. MTJ designed and setup the Mercure Rooftop Lounge with Mach Audio Systems,’ commented Zandy Jong from PT. MTJ. ‘The Mach Audio System’s equipment was the perfect multipurpose choice to cater for bands, DJs, and the other functions the hotel hosts. Mach Audio is well known for its durability as well as the vocal quality achieved from the speakers.’

The installers deployed a pair of Mach CM-10 medium throw speakers, four CM-8 near field cabinets and four M-151i subwoofers to provide distributed coverage throughout the lounge. These are powered by three Tencare MA-2400 amplifiers and a single MCH-4700. Two ARX Quadcomp II compressor/limiter’s have also been installed to provide system processing, while input into the system is achieved via four Aztec ACT-8098 microphone sets.

According to PT. MTJ, the equipment installed provides ‘near-perfect sound quality’, and the both the owners and management are very happy with the setup now in place.
