Riedel acquires Tele Comm Sportservice

WORLD: Riedel Communications has acquired Swiss communications specialist Tele Comm Sportservice AG. Riedel now holds 100 percent of Tele Comm Sportservice shares and the deal will enable Riedel to extend its involvement in international winter sports.
Tele Comm Sportservice is a provider of communications solutions for temporary and permanent installations at live events. As an official International Ski Federation partner, the company specialises in supporting international ski competitions and other winter sports events.
