ASIA: Riedel Communications has partnered with multinational systems integrator, Ideal Systems, extending the manufacturer’s reach across South East Asia. Ideal Systems offers its consultancy services in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan and is now positioned to offer complete design, build and support services to new and existing Riedel customers.
The systems integrator provides solutions to clients within the broadcast, telecoms and enterprise sectors and plans to offer Riedel’s products, such as the MediorNet real-time media network as solutions for migrating away from legacy workflows. As Riedel specialises in real-time video, audio, data, and communications networks for broadcast, the manufacturer hopes that the partnership with Ideal Systems will aid in increased targeting within the South East Asian market.
‘We chose to partner with Ideal Systems because the company is a highly respected systems integrator within Asian Pacific markets,’ explained director, Asia-Pacific region at Riedel Communications, Cameron O'Neill. ‘Their strength in both design and integration, and our portfolio of innovative yet intuitive solutions, combine to make a compelling offering for broadcast stations. We look forward to working with the company to deliver solutions that support significant gains in workflow efficiency and flexibility.’
‘At Ideal, we pride ourselves in not just being responsive to our customer's needs, but creating solutions that are path-breaking and efficient,’ added Fintan Mc Kiernan, CEO for Ideal Systems S.E.A. ‘This is the reason we have cooperated with Riedel. We share a common vision to provide an exceptional customer experience through powerful and integrated solutions. This partnership allows Ideal to accelerate its growth strategy in key regions while integrating reliable state-of-the-art networked systems for our clients.’
