Røde TV goes online

AUSTRALIA: Branching into a new broadcast platform, Røde Microphones has recently launched Røde TV, a new online video portal featuring a free collection of original programmes.
Giving the company a modern platform to address music and audio enthusiasts, the portal features interviews and advice from a range of industry professionals and Grammy Award winners, comprised of six distinct channels that are selectable by a virtual ‘remote control’.
Røde founder and president Peter Freedman said: ‘Røde TV is giving both myself and the wider Røde family a voice to share our passion with the world.’
The online channels encourage a more interactive relationship with those interested in Røde, and between them cover advice and interviews with industry professionals, musicians, ‘the who’s who of Hollywood sound design’, as well as a channel dedicated to product videos, interviews, and tips.
