Salzbrenner Stagetec China becomes DSpecialists partner for ISOSTEM

CHINA: Salzbrenner Stagetec Mediagroup China has confirmed it has taken on the role of DSpecialists’ new sales partner for the ISOSTEM upmix unit in China.
‘With the changeover to HD and 3D TV, there has been an increasing need for solutions that can convert archived stereo material into multi-channel sound so that broadcasting organisations are also able to transmit 5.1 surround sound along with high-quality TV images,’ said Jochen Cronemeyer, managing director of DSpecialists.
‘China, with its great number of broadcasting stations represents a highly interesting market for ISOSTEM and we are happy that we have such a competent and experienced partner at our side who will enable us to enter this market.’
ISOSTEM is an upmix system that generates surround sound from stereo signals in realtime and is mainly used in broadcasting and post-production.
