Sennheiser India upgrades service centre to include pro gear

INDIA: Sennheiser Electronics India Private Ltd has announced it has upgraded the service facilities at its Bangalore service centre to extend service towards professional audio equipment.
Sennheiser India states that it has invested in state-of-the-art service equipment to upgrade the centre in Karnataka, which now services consumer and professional equipment, including headphones, microphones and wireless transmission systems.
‘Sennheiser is known for its focus on customer needs and support,’ commented Suman Thakur, VP, product support and customer service. ‘The growth of the pro audio industry in Karnataka and other parts of southern India have seen a paradigm shift over the last few years, and Sennheiser has been there at the helm of this change.
