Sennheiser supports Singapore’s first fully digital concert

SINGAPORE: Sennheiser Asia recently supported Malaysian rock band Search for a one-off live acoustic concert set at The Star Performing Arts Centre. The event is reported to have been Singapore and Southeast Asia’s first fully digitalised concert.
As part of the collaboration, Sennheiser Asia supported the concert’s audio equipment with a Digital 9000 wireless microphone system and Neumann digital microphones. As the official audio solution for the concert, Sennheiser Asia also provided Sennheiser and K-array audio equipment for the concert’s fringe activities, including a special fan-appreciation dinner with the band.
Four channels of Sennheiser wireless handheld microphone systems were coupled with Rycote microphone flags for the concert’s official press conference held on April 13th at the Singapore Expo Hall 6.
