Shandong Electronic Power Corporation chooses Community

CHINA: The customer centre within Shandong Electronic Power Corporation has been equipped with a new audio installation and central control system including Community Professional loudspeakers, Powersoft amplifiers and Symetrix DSP. The design and install was handled by Sanecore Corporation.
The customer centre is located on the newly renovated ground floor of the corporation’s HQ and includes a call centre, a recreation room and meeting rooms for conferences and training sessions. Boasting a total of 80 sq-m, the meeting rooms are served by Community W2-218 enclosures plus D6 coaxials as supplementary speakers in the audience area.
‘The main and auxiliary speakers complement each other very well in terms of uniformity and sound compatibility,’ said Mr Meng from the customer service centre.
Elsewhere, the 300 sq-m call centre is covered by D6 speakers, while the 20 sq-m recreation room has been installed with further D6 cabinets for background music.
All of the speakers are powered by Powersoft M series amplifiers, while audio processing is handled by a Symetrix 8x8 DSP. Also included is an XP-8 remote control processor from RTI alongside a T4 wireless handheld controller.
