Sound & Light Professionals expands K1 network in India

INDIA: Having benefitted from the increasing number of international touring acts visiting India, Sound & Light Professionals (SNL Pro) recently made the strategic decision to boost its inventory with K1, Kudo, Kara and LA-Rak systems.
‘We are very proud to own K1 – the flagship product of L-Acoustics,’ commented SNL Pro director Manish Mavani. ‘It is the most rider-friendly system and the choice of every engineer to work on. As we are the first company to be a ‘K’ standard partner with a certified crew, it automatically puts us in a different league. We are looking forward to many more opportunities in the future.’
Sound and Light Professionals will soon be deploying its new K1 system at several large upcoming tours and festivals in India. L-Acoustics regional sales manager Peter Owen responded to Mr Mavani’s comments. ‘I am delighted to welcome Manish and his team to the K1 rental network. India is a very exciting market for us not only with home grown artists but also many international artists visiting as well. With large sporting events coming up such as the Indian Premier League and large religious festivals, I know that the K1 system will be working hard.’
SNL Pro has grown considerably since 2007, and its roll of honour to date includes renowned Indian and international artistes such as the NH7, Sun Burn, David Guetta, Norah Jones, Snoop Dog, Enrique Iglesias and Swedish House Mafia.
