Soundforce holds physical acoustics class

SOUTH KOREA: Soundforce (SAFO) recently held a physical acoustics class on the 13th and 14th of January at Sound Solution’s premises in South Korea. Soundforce targets its sessions towards live, church and cinema sound engineers.

‘The physical acoustic 2014 sessions covered basic physical acoustics and sound theory for acoustic measurements,’ explained Soundforce president KC-Jeong. ‘Our goal was to encourage a better understanding on the phase and measurement of speaker systems. This class not only explained how to use audio equipment, but also highlighted the link between electro acoustics and physical acoustics. After the event, each of the sound engineers knew all about physical acoustics,’ he concluded.
