Stagetec takes to the stage in China

CHINA: Stagetec has confirmed large orders from China. While the Jiangsu Grand Theatre in Nanjing has invested in four Crescendo mixing consoles, the soon-to-open Dunhuang Silk Road Exhibition Centre is set to receive two, each equipped with 32 faders.
Delivery of three of the Crescendo consoles ordered by the Jiangsu Grand Theatre has been fulfilled, with the fourth on the way. The facility comprises a 2,300-seat opera, 1,500-seat concert hall, 1,000-seat theatre and 800-seat conference hall, and has seen two of its new consoles installed in the opera, while the other two will provide sound control to the theatre and conference hall.
The orders also include the manufacturer’s Nexus Star audio routers and Nexus Base devices, with the Jiangsu Grand Theatre’s conference hall, opera and theatre each being equipped with a router. The conference hall and theatre each possess two Nexus Base devices, while the opera has been fitted with five. Meanwhile, the Dunhuang Silk Road Exhibition Centre will take delivery of one Nexus Star and four Nexus Base devices.
