Stagetec Asia to represent ADAM Audio in Malaysia and Brunei

ASIA: Effective immediately, Stagetec Asia has been announced as the new exclusive distributor for ADAM Audio in Malaysia and Brunei. The agreement –which follows two months of discussions between the two companies ¬– has been described by Stagetec Asia managing director David Chan as ‘complementing us very well, from the projects business we are now moving into the boxed sales business as well’.
The agreement sees ADAM Audio joining a growing list of third-party, broadcast-related brands already working with the Kuala Lumpur-based Stagetec subsidiary, including Sonifex, Junger Audio, RTW, Delec and more.
Speaking exclusively to Pro Audio Asia regarding the announcement, ADAM Audio’s Katharina Raddatz explained: ‘We need a very active partner in this region. We think that Stagetec Asia is the perfect partner for us. Our products match very well. We really hope to develop a good dealer network in this region in order to bring our products to the users.’
Mr Chan described the appointment as ‘meaning a lot to Stagetec Asia. We already have a dealer network in place in Malaysia and Brunei and this will help us move forward in completing our range. ADAM speakers are extraordinarily good and I’m sure it’s going to be winning situation for both parties.’
