STL Audio New Zealand to distribute CharterOak

NEW ZEALAND: STL Audio Recording Studio & Pro Audio Imports has been named as the exclusive New Zealand distributor for US microphone and signal processor manufacturer CharterOak Acoustics. STL Audio specialises in the recording sector and is also home to one of Wellington’s leading recording facilities. The distribution wing of the company is a relative new addition.
As part of the arrangement, STL has chosen to outfit its studio with CharterOak microphones and signal processors, helping it to demonstrate the brand to potential customers including project studio owners, while also exposing producers and engineers to the brand. ‘This creates the perfect environment for launching the brand in New Zealand,’ explained Jennefer Wason, CharterOak’s director of marketing.
Following the announcement of the deal, STL Audio director Troy Kelly was quick to praise his company’s new brand. ‘STL is extremely proud to able to bring such a high quality product to New Zealand as CharterOak Acoustics,’ he commented. ‘With their sound and commitment to the end user, it’s going to be a great partnership with a great future.’
Ms Wason added that STL’s ‘enthusiasm and energy together with technical expertise’ represent ‘exactly what we look for in a dealer or distributor’.
