Sun Infonet announces partnership with OnStage

INDIA: Sun Infonet has entered into a collaboration with OnStage, an Indian retail chain specialising in professional music equipment and musical instruments. Sun Infonet states that it is ‘sure to reap great benefits and market penetration by partnering with OnStage, who in return will enjoy increased market presence and market hold’.

OnStage currently operates 23 stores across the country, and strives to serve musicians across India with the best service, products and after sales service.

‘We welcome OnStage to the ever expanding family of Sun Infonet,’ said Neeraj Chandra, director Sun Infonet. ‘I am personally very happy and excited with this nexus. Our main aim has always been to please the end user. Customer satisfaction is not just an ethic for us, but very much the bedrock of our existence. With Onstage we make sure that our products reach far and wide without compromising service and customer satisfaction.’

‘The challenge was not just to enter into a collaboration with a big name with huge market penetration, but it was to maintain the loyalty, trust and satisfaction of the customer even after this collaboration is done,’ added Tushar Sharma, business development head, Sun Infonet. ‘Quality simply cannot be compromised. In OnStage we found a worthy partner who lives and breathes this philosophy of Sun Infonet.’

OnStage also invests in the development of musical knowledge through teacher-training workshops, master classes, clinics, demonstrations, exhibitions and through sponsoring local artists.
