TC Group names Mark Flanagan as VP of marketing for install and tour

WORLD: TC Group has appointed Mark Flanagan as its VP of marketing for install and tour, with responsibility for the marketing of TC Group brands – primarily Tannoy, Lab.gruppen, Lake and White Acoustic. His new TC Group position commences immediately, while former VP Tim Chapman will now focus on various special projects across TC Group.

Based at Tannoy’s headquarters in Scotland, Mr Flanagan has assumed the lead role with regards to the marketing of the install and tour verticals, the managing of the core I&T marketing team at Coatbridge, as well as the delivery of the marketing strategy and coordination of other marketing teams within TC Group offices in Japan, China and North America.

Having established himself in the world of audio product marketing during his time as marketing manager with music and pro audio retail chain, Sound Control, Mr Flanagan joined Tannoy in June 2008, initially in a communications role.

‘Having focused almost entirely on the professional audio market during his past five years with TC Group, and led from the front in the last year or so in the role of marketing manager, Mark is well equipped to lead the marketing team into a new era,’ said Andrzej Sosna, CEO of TC Group’s install and tour verticals. ‘He has continually proven himself to be a very valuable member of the organisation, and I for one congratulate him on his well-deserved appointment.’
