Technication launches A/V 'how to' video service

WEB: Australian video trainer Technication has now launched a unique 'how to' service for A/V installations. Its HD video films which provide tailored training guides are filmed entirely on clients' premises, combining screen capture and 'info graphics' to create a clear and informative tutorial, available on demand.

Technication co-founder Matt Davies explains the rationale behind Technication: ‘Everyone wants their interaction with technology to be simple and stress free. People can be reluctant to use even a basic system, if they're unsure what they are doing. A clear and concise video can help remove this anxiety, and improve technology usage across the business.’

The videos are hosted in the cloud, making them instantly available for any device, or they can be hosted on internal systems for more secure applications. An added bonus for system integrators is that Technication videos can be added to their portfolios in order to attract new customers. To complement the video services, Technication is also offering in-person training and audio system optimisation.

‘Technication is all about getting a great result for the customer,’ further explains co-founder Matt Vance. ‘Our optimisation service squeezes the very best out of an audio system. What sounds great for a playback system may not be the optimal configuration for a conferencing space.  It can be the difference between an Okay result and a great result.’
