Televic holds distributor meeting in Shanghai

CHINA: Televic Conference recently held a training event in its Shanghai office for its Chinese distributor Sanecore, and Taiwanese partner Fantasy Sound International. The training day focused on installing, configuring and commissioning Televic’s conference solutions.
The event was hosted by Dirk Vanhoenacker, Televic’s technical support engineer, whilst Jim Yang, sales manager from Televic Asia provided an interpretation service. The training covered the brand’s full range of conference products, including the D-Cerno, Confidea wired and wireless all-in-one panels and TCS5500 modular panels. A particular emphasis was placed on the manufacturer’s new CoCon conference control software, and attendees were privy to a full demonstration of its capabilities. An additional segment was dedicated to the importance of cabling for conference systems.
‘In order to guarantee quality installs for Televic end-users, all our distribution and integration partners need to follow regular training to understand all aspects of our products and to keep up with the latest developments,’ said Remi-Brice Magne, Televic business development manager, Asia Pacific. ‘This training was a part of this integral training programme, as we believe it is crucial for maintaining quality.’
Mr Magne described the feedback from its partners as ‘very positive. Attendees showed a high level of interest and the training was highly interactive because the trainees asked a lot of questions. It was also a good event from a networking perspective and to exchange experiences and best practices.’
