Televic puts international strategy into practice with Shanghai training

CHINA: Televic Conference recently held a technical training event at its Shanghai office for its partners across Asia.
Training was conducted by Klaas Maerten, Televic’s technical sales support engineer, who addressed representatives from Edgetech from Japan, Fantasy Sound International from Taiwan, Dai Quang Minh Trading & Services from Vietnam, Dynamic Source from Thailand, Multi Sistim Komunikasi from Indonesia and Bramshaw from Australia.
‘Televic Conference continues to invest in training for its partners in order to give them the best possible support, and in turn they can support their customers in the best possible way,’ said Kristoff Henry, Televic product and marketing manager. ‘Technical training is key to our international strategy in Asia to ensure that we provide a professional and sustainable sales network.
‘Attendees went away with a better understanding of our products and referred to the training as excellent,’ he added. ‘They were also introduced to CoCon – our new conference control software, for which the feedback was extremely positive.
