Tourism Technology Asia announces exhibition and conference details

SINGAPORE: With less than two months until Tourism Technology Asia and Pro AVL Asia Exhibition and Conference 2016 takes place at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore, the event organiser, Globe International Events Consultancy Pte Ltd (GIEC), has unveiled its line-up. The inaugural trade exhibition and conference of its kind in the region seeks to bring together the ASEAN market for technologies designed for hospitality spaces, live events, large-scale venues, leisure attractions and entertainment venues.
The two-day event spans July 20th and July 21st and features a seminar conducted by Daniel Foo, founder/director (R&D) at Gecko Music Group, entitled All about Live Sound Reinforcement. Mr Foo’s conference takes place on July 20th and will last for approximately three hours, beginning at 2pm in Innovation Theatre Room C.
Also taking place in Innovation Theatre Room C on July 21st at 10am will be Strategic Lighting Design Planning for Large Scale Broadcast Events presented by Stage Centre Line Associates Pte Ltd’s principal consultant, Mac Chan, who has provided the lighting design for events such as the SEA Games. Then, at 2pm of the second day in Innovation Theatre Room B, Robert Soo, principal consultant/trainer at Cogent Acoustics will host Design Considerations for Audio, Video, Stage Lighting and Acoustics in a Performance Venue.
Other conferences and exhibits at the Tourism Technology Asia 2016 include Tourism Technology Asia Conference – How Technologies Can Boost Competitive Advantage In Hospitality Event Spaces, Themed Entertainment Panel - Using Technology to Create a Compelling Themed Entertainment Experience, SMART Hospitality Technology Showcase, as well as an industry cocktail reception.
