TSL appoints Roger Henderson as CEO

WORLD: Roger Henderson has been appointed as CEO of TSL Systems. He joins the manufacturer with over 30 years of experience working in the broadcast industry, including most recently as CEO of Calrec Audio.
‘Roger brings with him an outstanding record of leadership and a deep understanding of the broadcast industry,’ commented Julian Knight, chief technology officer at TSL Systems. ‘We have every confidence that he is the right person to lead TSL Systems as we continue to develop our range of global system integration services.’
While at Carlec he was credited with steering the company through the recession, re-establishing and growing its international presence, and launching the range of Apollo audio consoles. He concurrently held the role of chairman/director at Trilogy Communications. Prior to that, he was CEO and president of Chyron Corporation, and has also held managing director roles for Ascent Media’s Network Operations and Pro-Bel.
‘I am looking forward to using my leadership experience gained in both the manufacturing and service side of this rapidly changing industry to build on TSL Systems’ strong foundations, in order to grow the business, improve profitability and underpin the company’s standing in the industry,’ added Mr Henderson.
