Turquoise Resto Lounge installed with EAW

INDIA: A substantial EAW loudspeaker installation has been completed at Bangalore’s Turquoise Resto Lounge, courtesy of E&E Systems. The restaurant comprises two rooms, both measuring approximately 1,500 sq-m.
EAW equipment installed includes two FR159z loudspeakers, six two-way SMS4124 loudspeakers, and six SMS1990 surface mount speakers. Two LA118 subwoofers and an RCF Sub 705-AS powered subwoofer were integrated and connected through an EAW DX 1208 matrix processor. The speakers and subwoofers on both floors are integrated via the DX1208 mixer’s eight inputs and eight outputs.
Amplifiers from the manufacturer Crown include an XLS 1500 and an XLS 2000, whilst an RMX 2450 amplifier from QSC was also selected. An additional mixer was also chosen, in the form of a Soundcraft multi format EPM8.
Turquoise Resto Lounge owner Spento Cooper described himself as ‘very pleased’ with the final outcome, adding that he was ‘delighted with the highly controlled, even coverage across all audience areas’.
The Kormangala-based restaurant’s two floors comprise the European Restaurant and the Indian Restro-Lounge.
