Two new master distributors to support Danley in Asia

SINGAPORE and AUSTRALIA: Headed by Nicholas Loe in Singapore and Steve Anderson in New South Wales, Danley Sound Labs has appointed Danley Asia and Danley Australia as master distributors for the two countries respectively. As master distributors, they will reportedly provide the manufacturer with the needed infrastructure to speed up delivery, service and support to all of its international customers in the regions.

‘In order to better serve our customers outside of the Americas, we have set up full sales, service and support centres in the form of master distributors,’ explained Jonathan Parker, Danley’s director of sales. ‘While customers can always contact us directly here in the States, the master distributors will be able to respond more nimbly to their requests. The locations that we have established so far in South East Asia and Australia serve as an excellent basis, and I’ll be at Musikmesse looking to sign up other complementary international distributors.’

According to Mr Loe, the central location of Danley Asia in Singapore is ideal for the partnership. ‘Singapore is the perfect hub for supporting our dealer and distributor network in South East Asia,’ he enthused. ‘Our network of distributors and their customers appreciate having easy access to us as a resource.’

The manufacturer is keen that the master distributors support the brand by providing customers with the opportunity to actually hear the equipment through demonstrations. To support this, Danley Australia recently completed a five-city tour that stopped off in Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and introduced the Danley line to contractors, consultants, and end-users. ‘We were very satisfied with the results of the tour,’ commented Mr Anderson. ‘It has already stimulated projects and interest from dealers and consultants.’

The manufacturer is seeking other international distributors who wish to partner with them and will be attending Pro Light & Sound in Frankfurt from April 15-18.
