Ultrasones Edition 10 receives Red Dot Award

WORLD: Ultrasone AG’s Edition 10 open-back headphone has received the Red Dot Award in the ‘honourable mention’ category. The jury at Essen’s Aalto Theatre described itself as impressed with the Edition 10’s ‘dynamic lines and select, high-grade materials’.
Michael Zirkel, COO of Ultrasone AG, described winning the award as a ‘tremendous honour’. ‘We are delighted that our open-back headphones – a true work of art – are now mentioned in the same breath as the most important German design classics. This award also acts as an incentive for us to continue to combine impressive design with excellent sound’, he concluded.
The Edition 10 is being showcased at the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen, Germany.
