Addis Ababa Radio opts for AEQ

ETHIOPIA: Addis Ababa Radio has upgraded its broadcast studio with an AEQ Forum digital audio mixer. The turnkey project was handled by Spanish company, BTESA.
The installation process included the BTESA team on the ground in Ethiopia handling all the cabling requirements while the AEQ team in Spain were able to remotely handle the setup and configuration of the digital mixer.
‘BTESA has a lot of experience in the African market, they understand well the real life of a broadcaster there,’ said AEQ’s Gustavo Robles. ‘I think our excellent technical specs combined with a very affordable cost was one of the reasons for our selection at Addis Ababa Radio. But the most important reason was our reliability and easy operation.’
