Asimetrik upgrades rack factory

TURKEY: Turkish systems integrator and distributor, Asimetrik, has upgraded the facilities at its Ankara rack manufacturing factory, Asimetrikmetal. The upgrade is part of a plan to offer the facility’s services to clients around the world.
The company initially purchased the metal factory to supply rack cabinets for projects that companies within the group were working on. But following the upgrade, it will now offer OEM as well as Asrack branded products to outside customers. Asimetrikmetal has expanded its production facilities with state-of-the-art laser and CNC equipment as well as adding a computer aided design department, and it aims to supply racks, cabinets, servers and control-room necessities wherever needed in any projects, in the Turkish market as well as in neighbouring countries.
‘Every project of any size in the audio, A/V or IT industry requires specialist racks to mount equipment in,’ said Asimetrik’s Mert Kiliççöte. ‘We have a dedicated and skilled workforce that can build bespoke racks for any project and offer guidance and support at every stage of the process. There is no such thing as a standard rack, so we can swap our production line as needed to meet any request.
‘Our facilities are equipped with a high tech punching machine, bending machines, laser cutting machine, surface-processing applications, electrostatic powder coating, screen printing, assembly and storage,’ continued Mr Kiliççöte. ‘We believe that it is now the right time to offer our high-quality, 100 per cent made in Turkey racks to the wider industry.’
The company is now ready to share the advanced technology and products by cost effective pricing to whoever requires it around the world. For further information contact Mert Kiliççöte at mert@asimetrik.com.tr.
