Avolites expands Procom’s responsibility

EGYPT: Dubai-based distributor, Procom, has expanded the territories where it is responsible for Avolites. Procom already represented the manufacturer in the GCC and Levant areas, and it has now also added Egypt.
Avolites’ decision comes after years of collaboration with Procom for the region. It is based on a shared belief between the companies that the Egyptian market is strongly connected to the Levant and the GCC, and can benefit from being serviced by the same distributor.
‘We believe Procom can grow Avolites in Egypt with their high levels of expertise on the product, especially when it comes to after-sales support and training,’ said Koy Neminathan, sales director at Avolites.
‘Procom is keen on taking the right approach for the Egyptian market, the same as we have done in the Middle East region,’ added Raja Harfouche, CEO of Procom. ‘We will be developing the market through an emphasis on equipment availability, training and support, maintenance and after-sales services.’
