AVTech celebrates RCF relationship

QATAR: AVTech is celebrating a productive first year of distributing RCF products in Qatar. It had taken a cautious approach to bringing the Italian manufacturer’s products to market, but is now seeing an increasing volume of orders with installations taking place in educational establishments as well as health clubs and most notable the Al Merweb Hotel. The rental side has also been popular, with AVTech having 24 Art cabinets available for use in this part of its business.
‘I think there are benefits for both of us, for RCF and for AVTech as well,’ said AVTech general manager Hadi Arzouni. Company owner Sharif Hashisho agrees, adding that ‘RCF is positioning itself as one of the leading manufacturers of components’.
AVTech’s goals for the future with RCF are based around the manufacturer’s new product range for commercial solutions, particularly around its PA and voice evacuation systems.
The distributor feels that RCF is well positioned with the other brands it distributes and has solutions that can cover different parts of the market. ‘We are systems integrators and we only select the top products,’ said Mr Arzouni. Mr Hashisho added: ‘The systems integration and rental sides of our business definitely help with the distribution side.’
