SOUTH AFRICA: beyerdynamic recently completed an educational tour of South Africa in partnership with its local partner TID. The events took place in Cape Town and Johannesburg and covered all of the manufacturer’s installation products and their applications.
The manufacturer describes the sessions as ‘very successful’. The seminars attracted a crowd drawn from systems integration companies and consultancies with around 40 people attending in Johannesburg and a further 20 in Cape Town.
‘With these training sessions we and our partner TID were seeking to achieve three main goals – to increase awareness about beyerdynamic’s presence in the South African market through TID; to increase the participants’ knowledge about beyerdynamic’s product portfolio for the installation market; to discuss different applications and integration possibilities with our products,’ said beyerdynamic operations manager MEA, Elmira Moraveji. ‘According to TID and feedback from participants, my conclusion is that our goals were achieved.’
