BM Audio to represent Monkey Banana

UAE: Dubai-based distributor, BM Audio Equipments, has added a new brand to its portfolio in the shape of German monitor manufacturer Monkey Banana. The distributor is representing the brand for the GCC and will be targeting home studios, professional studios, broadcast stations and DJs.
‘This type of product was missing from my range, I needed a monitor and I wanted something that is not only for pro use,’ explained Beata Mablad from BM Audio. ‘I believe in the brand since it is German designed and engineered. I like to have brands that are a bit different, apart from the classic black you can get these monitors in yellow and red as well. The Gibbon and Turbo series are aimed at DJs and home studios, they sound good, look good and are affordable.’
According to Ms Mablad, her dealers around the GCC are already showing an interest in the product line, and orders have been placed. The full range will also be on display in the Just Pro Audio showroom in Al Barsha.
Monkey Banana joins the likes of Avalon, Brauner Microphones, Vovox, Telefunken Elektroakustik, spl and Teenage Engineering on the BM Audio roster.
