MEA: Cable distributor, CableTech MEA, has announced the establishment of its operations in the Middle East and Africa region. The company will offer distribution as well as the manufacture of specific fibre and copper assemblies.
On the distribution side, the new company has established its business as a professional supplier of high quality equipment and material for the broadcast, audio and video industries. Its portfolio consists of a wide range of bulk cables and cable assemblies, connectors, fibre optic converters, patch panels and portable cable reels. CableTech has the support of several manufacturers, including Percon, Neutrik, Furukawa Electric Group, Lemo, AVP, Optral, Opticis and Schill.
Away from distribution, CableTech has developed a unique fibre optic laboratory supplied with the latest equipment. Its certified technicians underwent several training sessions and have gained extensive experience within the industry. Through this facility, CableTech will be able to manufacture specific fibre optic and copper cable assemblies for the broadcast and A/V industry. The company provides a solution to integrators looking for distribution and cable assemblies for TV stations and rental companies.
