Charles Boehm joins Manley’s engineering team

WORLD: Manley Labs has announced the latest addition to its engineering team. Charles Boehm moves to the company from Aphex, where he served as lead design engineer and oversaw the rebirth of the company’s product line. He will be based out of the manufacturer’s office in Chino, CA.

Prior to his work at Aphex, Mr Boehm held high-level engineering positions at M-Audio (formerly a division of Avid Technology), where he was responsible for heading up design teams behind products such as Prokeys88 and DCP-200 digital pianos, GSR studio monitors and Midisport USB Midi interfaces. Prior to his tenure at Avid, he worked with Nemesis Technology, where he reportedly also made significant contributions to a number of USB and FireWire audio interfaces.
