Clay Paky opens Dubai technical service centre

UAE: Clay Paky has announced the opening of a new technical service centre in Dubai to support and assist its customers in the region. The centre is operated by technicians under the guidance of Gordon Carr – who recently obtained a certificate from Clay Paky for attending an intensive specialisation course in Clay Paky product support – and is coordinated by Egor Popovski, Clay Paky resident manager in Dubai.
Commenting on the new centre, Clay Paky’s head of sales Alberico D’Amato said: ‘We hope this service will help make our technical assistance even more rapid and competent. We have a lot of customers in the Gulf region and we want them to be able to count on a specialised “close to home” service.’
Technicians based at the centre can reportedly travel through the Gulf Area and provide assistance at the customer's request for the manufacturer’s products irrespective of warranty.
The centre is located at Ras Al Khor, Ind II, Oman Hatta Road, PO Box 75839 Dubai.
