DLC claims largest interpretation equipment stock level in Middle East

UAE: Dubai-based rental house, DLC, has grown its inventory of DIS equipment with the purchase of additional interpreter booths and control systems. The rental house believes these purchases mean it now has the highest available stock levels of interpretation equipment in the Middle East.

Following the recent purchases, DLC now owns 26 interpreter booths, 10 control racks, 26 radiators and over 700 conference microphones. This reportedly enables the company to handle more events of greater scale than ever before.

‘The decision to invest in more equipment was based on recent subhire costs and future business forecasts,’ commented Mark Breakspear, project manager at DLC. ‘The growth we are expecting in the MICE industry, especially in the larger scale conferences, means that we are comfortable the investment will enable us to cater for this trend continue offering our clients and industry colleagues the same high level of service and support they are used to.'

‘DLC have been a consistent rental partner for DIS in the Middle East,’ said Freddy Sicko, general manager of Shure Middle East and Africa. ‘With their added inventory, DLC are well equipped to handle large conference requirements and support international companies that host their events in the region. We are extremely pleased in their investment of the brand and our products.’
