Dubai success for beyerdynamic training

UAE: beyerdynamic has declared its recent wireless training session in Dubai a success. The two-day event attracted participants from Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon and the UAE, with the overall reaction said to be very positive.
The event itself offered a full day of wireless training and demonstration, covering subjects such as wireless basics, antenna setup, avoiding interference, spectrum analysis and setting up and operating multi-channel wireless on stage. This was followed on the second day with sessions focusing on security in wireless conferencing and the manufacturer’s Quinta wireless system.
‘I think our training helped the participants to refresh their knowledge or even up their know-how. Not only about our products but also about the general topic of wireless technology,’ reflected beyerdynamic’s Elmira Moraveji. ‘We tried to inform the participants about the challenges in design of wireless microphone systems in installations and live applications. We showed them how to plan and design correctly to overcome these challenges, regardless of system complexity. We discussed the technology behind wireless conferencing systems and the methods that are used nowadays to make this kind of communication secure against unauthorised listening.’
The main products covered at the event were the manufacturer’s TG 1000 for wireless mics and Quinta for wireless conferencing. But Ms Moraveji is quick to state that the sessions were not commercial or sales events, ‘they were 100 per cent technical’.
‘I would like to thank my colleagues, Bernd Neubauer and Michael Pietschmann and also the team at AVL Electronics, beyerdynamic’s partner in UAE, for their support and engagement,’ concluded Ms Moraveji.
