Eclipse adds Vari-Lite VL 3500 Wash FX to inventory

UAE: Dubai-based production company, Eclipse Staging Services, has added a significant investment to its lighting stock with 36 Vari-Light VL3500 Wash FX luminaires. Eclipse believes it is the ‘first supplier in the region to stock the lights’ and it is positive that they will become ‘a sought after item by event organisers and promoters alike’.

The Vari-Light VL3500 Wash FX are already lined up to debut on the Lady Gaga artRAVE concert in Dubai. The purchase was made in order to satisfy the production team’s requirements, with Eclipse stating it demonstrates the company’s ‘uncompromising desire’ to provide its clients with ‘their first choice of technology wherever possible’.

‘The decision to purchase the Vari-Lites was an easy one and we are thrilled to be in a position to be able to react quickly when we receive requests for specific technology,’ said Eclipse general manager, Martin Lubach. ‘This allows us to provide the very highest level of customer service to our clients, which is at the heart of the Eclipse Group mission.’

Eclipse will be overseeing all lighting, video, rigging and primary and secondary power distribution requirements for Lady Gaga’s artRave: The ARTPOP Ball Global Tour event when it lands in Dubai on Wednesday 10th September at Meydan Racecourse. The show will be a unique and bespoke event, having been produced specifically with the UAE audience in mind. Lady Gaga is said to be ‘extremely excited’ about the upcoming concert and is looking forward to ‘giving fans the show of a lifetime’.
