eclipse named Employer of the Year

UAE: eclipse Staging Services has been named Employer of the Year 2015 at the Middle East Event Awards. The awards ceremony also saw eclipse Group CEO and chairman, Mark Brown, presented with the Outstanding Contribution to the Middle East’s Event Industry award in recognition of his career which spans almost half a century.
‘I’m immensely proud that both eclipse Staging Services and Mark have been recognised at this year’s awards,’ said eclipse Staging Services general manager, Martin Lubach. ‘Although the submission for Employer of the Year was in the name of eclipse Staging Services, we consider this to relate to the Group as a whole and it is testament to our strong HR credentials and business practices. I would like to personally congratulate Mark and everyone involved, and say thank you to every member of the eclipse Group who have worked so tirelessly to make it what it is today.’
In addition to the two awards, eclipse also took the opportunity to hire two of the winners of the Eventice competition. The competition has been designed to encourage a new generation of talent to join the region’s event industry and the winners are announced at the Middle East Event Awards. eclipse Group opted to take on Puteri Khairunnisa Shamsudin as a sales coordinator with eclipse Venue Services and Mrinal CR as a project coordinator with eclipse Staging Services.
