Eve appoints new distributors

NORTH AFRICA: Eve Audio is looking to expand its presence in northern Africa with a pair of new distributors. The German manufacturer has partnered with Pro Audio & Light in Tunisia and PHF Com for Morocco.
‘North Africa is an area with potential for growth,’ reasoned Eve Audio’s Kerstin Mischke. ‘There is a potential, especially in the broadcast sector and that’s why it’s important that people know about the Eve brand.’
Starting in Tunisia, the relationship with Pro Audio & Light came about thanks to the manufacturer’s French distributor. ‘They became aware of Eve through our French distributor Freevox,’ explained Ms Mischke. ‘They liked the products and are confident that they can establish the brand successfully in Tunisia. They already sell complementary products and they are strong in the Tunisian broadcast sector which is a market we are targeting.’
Over in Morocco, PHF Com had already been an Eve reseller and the manufacturer took the decision to formalise the relationship. ‘With a direct relationship we expect to increase business and raise brand awareness,’ noted Ms Mischke. ‘They are strong in the Moroccan broadcast business.’
