Glen Kershaw joins iTech

UAE: Glen Kershaw has joined iTech Distribution as the director of its pro division. In his new role, Mr Kershaw will oversee sales, overheads, expenses and marketing and PR for the division, as well as the new website iTech will be launching in the coming months.
The Dubai-based company was recently awarded the GCC distribution of EAW, and this was one of the factors which convinced Mr Kershaw to make the move. ‘I've always liked the brand and its immense sound quality,’ he noted. ‘I am truly honoured to have been given this role and have no doubt that EAW along with top brands such as Savant, Just Add Power and the others iTech represents will strengthen the market and create solid revenue for the company going forward.’
Mr Kershaw plans to help grow iTech’s pro division by increasing knowledge in the wider market about the products the company represents. ‘We have a strong brand line up that offers potential customers an alternative solution to what they’ve perhaps become accustomed to over the years,’ explained Mr Kershaw. ‘Presentations, seminars and demos within our JLT facility will be held on a regular basis to keep our customers well informed and support them in every technical and price conscious project.’
Prior to joining iTech, Mr Kershaw spent five years working for GSL Professional. He joined the Dubai-based distributor as PR and marketing manager in 2009 and held a variety of positions. Before this he ran his own car audio and accessories business in the UK.
