Luke Ireland named Martin Audio MD

WORLD: Luke Ireland has been appointed as the new managing director of Martin Audio. In his new role he will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturer’s continued success by developing ‘reliable business structure and scalable process capabilities’ to accelerate innovation and the reliability of supply. The announcement is likely to lead to increased engagement with clients, as Mr Ireland reportedly believes that this is essential to business success.

‘Martin Audio has enjoyed a period of great success – which I witnessed first hand at this year’s Glastonbury Festival – and they have tremendously exciting products that make a real difference to this industry,' remarked Mr Ireland. 'Having the opportunity to join such a business and lead it to achieve its true potential is very motivating.’

Mr Ireland is an experienced business leader, having worked throughout his 24-year career for a number of global businesses spanning technology, IT and media sectors, and is reportedly ‘well versed’ in product development, manufacturing, sales and marketing. He also holds a Masters in business administration.
