Master Audio equips Rock Crystal Bar

KAZAKHSTAN: The Rock Crystal Bar Karaoke in Almaty has been installed with an audio system from Master Audio. The equipment for the two main halls and nine VIP lounge rooms as well as the bar, terrace and banquet hall was supplied by the manufacturer’s exclusive local distributor The Fifth Element LLP.
The main banquet hall is covered by two pairs of X208 line arrays with two X218W subs for low end support. The bar features six B8 multipoint speakers distributed around the venue while the terrace is supported by six B6/T.
The two main karaoke halls each required their own unique system. The Rock hall features eight JK26 point source speakers in a central cluster and a pair of JK18W2 subs. Power for this system comes in the form of three HD2000 amplifiers plus an HD3200 unit. Processing is taken care of by a DSP608 digital signal processor.
The Crystal hall’s system is slightly smaller. It calls on six JK26 point source speakers in a cluster near one wall and a pair of JK15W woofers. An HD2000 amplifier powers the system and processing is taken care of by a DSP206.
The nine VIP lounges all have almost identical systems. Once again the JK26 is called into action with a pair in each room. Low end is handled by either a JK12WA or a JK15WA subwoofer depending on the room. Power in each case is via an HD1200 amplifier.
